Kongskilde Pneumatic Grain Handling
High Pressure Blowers - TRL

The TRL pneumatic conveying systems are suitable for wheat, barley, oats, rye, corn, canola, soybeans, and many other grains and granular products.

Pressure conveying systems require grain to be fed directly into a hopper above the injector or rotary valve. Kongskilde offers a variety of high-pressure blower models with different outputs to meet different system conveying needs.

Whether crops need to be conveyed horizontally, vertically, or around corners, the quality will be protected by the Electronic Air Regulator. The Kongskilde solution is to use a high volume of air at low pressure to safely convey the product. The grain is truly moved on a cushion of air.
TRL 200 - Belt Driven

Features and Benefits of Kongskilde TRL - High Pressure Blowers

Small TRL Blowers – Direct Drive

Direct drive means that the rotor of the blower is attached directly to the motor shaft. The TRL blower creates airflow in the pipes that convey the grain. The amount of grain that can be blown through the pipes depends on the blower’s power.

Large TRL Blowers – Belt Driven

Belt driven means that the large blowers use a belt drive between the motor shaft and the blower shaft. In order to achieve more pressure for larger capacities, the large blowers have multiple rotors.

Suitable for any Operation

Minimal space for installation, the conveying pipes can reach anywhere. Low weight of the conveying pipe means only small loads on buildings. No heavy components to be installed in inaccessible places. Wide range of modular pipe components means flexible installation options.

Kongskilde Material-Through Blowers - MTD

The Kongskilde MTD blowers are direct drive centrifugal units designed for handling material through the blowers. The MTD blowers are equipped with a self-cleaning rotor, which has backward curved blades and an aerodynamic intake. The range covers air volumes from 750 m³/h to 11,000 m³/h. The pressure goes up to 440 mm WG.
MTD - 40

Features and Benefits of Kongskilde MTD - Material-Through Blowers

Efficiency

MTD blowers are equipped with a self cleaning rotor, with 6 backwards curved blades and an aerodynamic intake. The rotor is statically and dynamically balanced to ensure maximum airflow and efficiency. The MTD blower is ideal for removing fines as grain is transferred to or from storage.

Suitable

MTD blower houses are constructed in 3mm steel plate.Suited for both indoor and outdoor installation.Low power consumption.

Kongskilde Suction Blowers – SUC and SupraVac

All SUC systems are designed to pick up the grain on the suction side and deliver the material on the pressure side, so no additional loading equipment is needed. Our wide range of suction blowers fits the needs of all farming applications. From low capacity on-farm installations to high-capacity mobile systems. All systems ensure cleanliness from batch to batch and economic acquisition.

Electric powered capacity is up to 33 t/hour and PTO driven capacity is up to 120 t/hour. For all setups, Kongskilde offers a wide range of additional systems for efficient suction. Different types of heads and pipes secure efficient handling, gentle for material, and are convenient for the operator.

Kongskilde Electric Suction Blowers – SUC E

SUC E is the electrically driven Suction Blower, ideal for indoor use where tractor-powered units are not an option. SUC E is mounted on a trolley and can therefore easily be moved from place to place. Mainly used for grain conveying inside buildings with capacities up to 33 t/h.

Kongskilde Tractor Powered Suction Blowers – SUC T

The SUC-T models are three-point hitch PTO-driven grain vacs. The blowers can be used to convey commodities to where high-capacity conveying is required and when no electrical power source is available. Capacities up to 44 t/h and automatic air control is standard on SUC-T.

Kongskilde Tractor Powered Suction Blowers – SUC TR

The SUC-TR models are pull-type PTO-driven grain vacs that can be used to load trucks or grain wagons directly from the on-floor storage, silos or grain bins. They can also be used to convey commodities to storage where high-capacity conveying is required. The trailer models are powered by the tractor’s PTO shaft. Loading equipment is standard on SUC-TR models and Ideal for loading trucks and trailers. Belts can also be tightened without using tools.

Kongskilde Tractor Powered Suction Blowers – SupraVac 2000

The SupraVac 2000 has a capacity of up to 5,000 bu/h (150 t/h), making it the ideal grain vac for farmers and commercial users. The power takeoff-driven SupraVac 2000 requires 150 hp. It has a hydraulic-folding truck loading boom that allows for quick setup. It conveniently locks into place for transport and storage. The largest Kongskilde tractor-powered suction blower. with a capacity up to 120 t/h. Easy connect pipe system.

Kongskilde Injectors

A TF injector delivers the grain into the pipeline in pressure conveying systems, and is an ideal and simple solution for small capacities.

Kongskilde’s three different types of injectors TF 20, TF 40, and TF 55 are used as a feeder unit in combination with the Kongskilde blowers TRL 20, TRL 40 and TRL 100.

Kongskilde Rotary Valves/Airlock - CAD/CAE

The Kongskilde CAD air locks/rotary valves are used to introduce grain into pressure conveying systems for the delivery of grain along the pipeline.

The Kongskilde CAE rotary valves are used in suction conveying systems for gravity discharge from cyclones or filter units.

Kongskilde Rotary Valves/Airlock - CAD/CAE Features and Benefits

Capacity

A rotary valve is driven by a motor. Using a rotary valve instead of an injector increases the capacity significantly. For small capacities, the injectors are an ideal and simple solution.

Efficiency

The CAD rotary valve is equipped with polyurethane paddles providing a low maintenance solution. Rubber paddles provide an excellent seal against air loss. The rubber paddles can bend to minimize clogging. Kongskilde Rotary Valves come standard with inlet hoppers and shutters to regulate inlet volumes.

Kongskilde Pipes

The OK pipe system’s modular design comprises pipes, bends, branches, diverters, cyclones, outlets, etc. The components are assembled quickly and easily using the unique OK quick release couplings. The wide range of OK piping and accessories ensures flexibility and ease of installation on grain bins, silos, and buildings.

When using pneumatic transport systems, bends are most exposed to wear. Kongskilde has therefore introduced the OKX 160 bends of hardened steel, which have a considerably higher wear resistance and therefore a longer lifetime compared to standard bends.

We also handle FK Pipes which have flanged ends.
